What we collect and why

We collect the name and email of the person sending the request, guests’ names and screenshots of their Instagram profiles. We only use them to manage and review the night’s guest list and send the result. We also store your chosen language and the date you accepted this notice.

We process your data with your consent. If you add other people, you must tell them about this notice and have their permission to provide their data and screenshots.

Who can see it

Only the organiser can access requests and screenshots. The list of accepted names is shared with the venue’s managers to check entry; it contains no emails or screenshots. We use hosting and email services to provide this service, without publishing your data. Your personal status link shows your request’s names and decisions: don’t share it.

How long we keep it

Screenshots are automatically deleted 30 days after the night’s date, during the next daily cleanup. Names, emails, statuses, language and acceptance date stay in the night archive until you ask for their deletion. There is currently no fixed retention period for that archive.

Your browser remembers your name and email for future requests; you can clear them with ‘Not me’ or by deleting this site’s data in your browser. Your language choice is remembered in a cookie and in your browser.

Your rights and how to request deletion

You can withdraw consent and request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data. Write to the controller’s contact with the email you used in your request and the relevant night. We may need to verify your identity first. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.

You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
